Claire Gray

Executive Chairman

Travel Management (CTM) the largest independent corporate travel agency group in Asia Pacific. During CTMs IPO Claire was acting Executive Director to the Board. She’s also been the Co-Founder & Executive Director of Travelogic as well as Eventlogic. She’s been a Global Board Member & Global Operating Committee Representative ASPAC of Globalstar.

Claire holds an MBA in Global Management, Thunderbird School of Management and speaks English and French fluently.

James Vaile

CEO

James Vaile has 37 years of global travel industry experience. He has successfully managed 20 airlines (4 online & 16 Offline) across Asia Pacific heading the largest GSA in Asia Pacific. Before this James held various positions with Expedia such as VP Europe, Managing Director Australia & NZ and UK as well as VP Asia Pacific.

James is also the founder of www.threeconsulting.com.au an aviation consulting business established to provide consulting services to airlines and airports.

Global Director Technology & Data Science

Jean-Michel Moreau

Jean-Michel has 10 years of international management experience in the semiconductor, solar, and mass customization industries. He has successfully managed Vistaprint’s machine learning initiatives and their new technology commercialization programs. Jean-Michel holds a MSc. in Chemistry & Semiconductor Device Physics. He speaks English & French fluently.

Global Director Finance

Nouman Ali

Nouman has 15 years of airline experience, specializing in areas of Finance and Accounting. He is an experienced and highly qualified individual that has successfully managed and worked with airlines like British Airways, Emirates and Arik Air. He also possesses good knowledge in other areas of airline operation such as Airport Handling & Operations, Sales and Customer Affairs. Nouman holds a B.S degree in Aviation Management and MBA in Finance. He speaks English and Urdu fluently.

Craig Smith

Craig Smith has over 28 years of travel and tourism experience where he has established strategic global airline partner relationships. Along with sister and Anjuna Chairman Claire Gray, he is a founding shareholder at CTM, one of Australia’s most successful travel management companies, which is now in the ASX200, operates in 50 countries, with a market capitalization of over AU$2B. He held the position President of The Association of Travel Management Companies (ATMC) and was a board member of AFTA.

Managing Director APG Canada & Account Director Thai Airways

Mable Tang

Mable has over 25 years in the aviation and tourism industry. She has successfully managed and marketed over 30 airlines in the USA and Canada working for one of the largest GSAs in North America. Mable was instrumental in helping to launch the North America – China routes for Hainan Airlines. She’s known for her outgoing personality and has a proven track record for consistently achieving targets set. She speaks both English and Chinese fluently.

Business Development Manager

Jon Murray

Jon Murray has been in the travel industry for over 18 years. He has held positions in a number of different roles, including retail, corporate, wholesale and airline sales. He joined Anjuna after working with Korean Air in Toronto for seven years. During his time at Korean he successfully negotiated a number of agreements, including corporate, and expanded Korean’s sales channels throughout Eastern Canada. Jon is fluent in both French and German.

Scott Gordon

Scott has over 16 years in the travel industry, with expertise in sales, representation, marketing, promotion and operations. He also provides insight and has an excellent record of developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships throughout the North American market, e.g. www.signaturetravelnetwork.com, www.flight-center.com.

Nadia Khaled

Nadia Khaled has over 21 years in the travel industry and is well-rounded with extensive experience in many areas of the travel industry but mostly focusing on sales, marketing and revenue generation. She spent 14 years with Saudi Arabian Airlines in the Administration and Marketing departments and most recently, was with Qatar Airways as a Sales Coordinator for the US Specialty markets. Nadia is fluent in English and Arabic.

Dilli Ching

Dilli brings with her over 30 years of Airline Industry experience. She commenced her career with Singapore Airlines in 1983 in Sri Lanka working in Airport Operations, Reservations & Ticket Office and Sales. Upon relocating to Sydney Australia, Dilli joined World Aviation Systems, then the largest GSA in the region. Through her 23-year tenure she held various roles from Reservations & Ticketing to Commercial Partnerships Manager. During this time she managed the Operational, Commercial, Sales, Pricing and Product divisions of many of the 40 Online and Offline airlines she has represented while continuously driving greater client efficiency through the streamlining of Operational processes across multiple geographies.

Adam Watson

Adam Watson has over 40 years’ experience in the aviation & tourism industry. Previous roles include Market Development Manager Australasia for Singapore Airlines, Regional Director Marketing Australasia for Hilton Hotels and General Manager for Daikyo Tourism & Leisure Group. As General Manager for Icon GSA Services Adam launched Emirates services in Australia. Adam’s been an APG Global Network member for 15 years and Board Member.

Rola Elazzi

Rola has been an experienced member of the travel industry for 26 years, working across a multitude of high profile brands including Hawaiian Airlines, Jet Airways, Royal Jordanian, Malaysia Airlines, Gulf Air and ANSETT. Her pricing, product and distribution background have positioned airlines in Asia, the Middle East, USA and Europe at the forefront of their markets.

Robert Leung

Robert started his career with Cathay Pacific as a reservations and ticketing officer before taking on an executive sales role in Australia. He went on to be appointed General Manager for New South Wales for Express Travel Group overseeing the GSA business of Cathay Pacific Holidays among others. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Billi Chan

Billi started his airline career in Hong Kong with Japan Airlines in reservations and ticketing. He progressed to a sales and marketing manager role with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines before migrating to Australia and acting as senior manager Victoria & Tasmania for Japan Airlines and Air China in Melbourne. He speaks Cantonese and English.

Business Analyst

Susana Qionibaravi

Suzy has worked in travel for over 5 years. She started her career in the industry with Fiji airlines in 2011 and has come to us from Travel Partners Australia where she was the Operations and Marketing Coordinator. Suzy has a strong business background, gaining experience at both Ernst & Young and PWC before changing to travel. She is also currently completing a Masters of Management with a Major in International Tourism & Hospitality. She speaks English and Fijian.

Brian Barron

Brian has 24+ years of airline experience. He started his career at Delta Air Lines in customer service and advanced to Call Centre Customer and Operations Supervisor. In 2008, Brian joined Hallmark Aviation as Business Manager over the THAI Airways USA Call Centre, a role he worked for 7 years. In addition to extensive airline Call Centre experience, Brian has worked airport operations at both Delta in Denver, CO and most recently with FIJI Airways in Los Angeles.

Kanokkarn (Amy) Pengcharoen

Amy has over 15 years of experience in the travel industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and has worked in various roles for Thai Airways, EVA Airways and Japan Airways as well as Hallmark Aviation Services. She speaks both English and Thai fluently.

Kannika (Ann) Hongkra

Kannika is an accomplished customer support professional with over 10 years aviation industry experience. She is held in high regard throughout the industry for her client care and special request services and has an extensive background in system operations. Kannika is fluent in both English and Thai.

Athena Giakoumelos

Athena has over 30 years experience in the travel industry. She joined Olympic Airways working in accounts and moving to Reservation/Ticketing, a position was held for 10 years. Her last position at World Aviation Systems for almost 8 years was covering Reservations/Ticketing for over 12 airlines, working across multiple GDS. Her core expertise being groups handling for its client carriers.

Osanna Tam

Osanna has substantial experience on business operations, social media and digital marketing in cross-functional organizations across diverse industries, serving customers in the US, Hong Kong and PRC. With prior experience in PR/Marketing agencies and services industry sectors, she has a proven record on helping customers to improve brand awareness and generate sales leads with great potential on business growth. She speaks fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, English.

Housam Abdoulall

Housam Abdoulall has over 16 years of experience in travel industry. He holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting and has extensive experience within the GSA industry especially in areas pertaining to both Ticketing and Accounting. He specializes and focuses on Accounting and Finance and handled major accounts like Lufthansa, British Airways, KLM Air France and Air India, speaking fluently English and Arabic.

Dan Quigley

Dan has worked in travel and tourism for 10 years. He realised his passion for the airline industry as a teenager, during a work experience program at Qantas. Whilst studying Commerce, he began working in accounting, banking and finance both in Australia and the U.K. Dan joins Anjuna following a successful tenure with the Flight Centre Travel Group, where he held various commercial and operational positions in Sydney, Brisbane and New York. Dan thrives on building relationships and providing robust commercial guidance.
