Anjuna is a new startup disrupting the airline services industry—we’re a premier global airline service company with a presence in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia and are the North American franchisee for APG. The most extensive global network of GSAs.
Anjuna’s cross-functional team thinks together but not alike. It is a mix between experienced aviation & travel industry experts – the executive team boasts over 180 years of collective industry expertise, experience and unrivaled commercial achievement – and smart, agile data scientists, software developers and digital marketing specialists coming from pioneering companies in the digital industry.
This broad range of capabilities allows us to serve both today’s traditional airline service needs while simultaneously providing our clients with a competitive advantage based on integrating and leveraging cutting edge innovations within the digital technology and big data space to drive greater value.
Global Operational Setup & Partners
Anjuna delivers global reach through local expertise to its clients via 5 fully staffed and operational stand-alone offices in Sydney, Auckland, Los Angeles, Montreal and New York.
In addition, Anjuna relies on shared office space in Singapore (global headquarters), Vancouver, Chicago, Toronto and Miami partnering with a global serviced office space provider which enables us to establish a fully operational physical presence according to customer needs virtually overnight. Moreover, as talent pools and domain expertise are spread geographically across the globe today Anjuna’s international setup allows for drawing on the best talent and expertise per discipline independent of location.
Anjuna is part of the APG Global Network and the appointed APG member for Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific Islands, & Canada.
Collectively, the APG Global Network serves over 200 airlines worldwide, 20% of which are online, in 170 markets out of 100 offices worldwide.
Via our APG Global Network we can provide one global solution for airlines by providing intimate local market expertise for over 170 countries. This enables us to deliver a customized airline representation services solution for multiple markets simultaneously instead of having to rely on a one fits all strategy, respectively, having to manage the complexity of diverse partners across international markets.
Additionally, we can provide access to a complete set of commercial and distribution products, available worldwide, via the APG Global Network, e.g. BSP access on a variable cost, respectively, ‘pay as you go’ basis.
Within North America Anjuna has stand-alone offices in Los Angeles, Montreal and New York, sales offices in Vancouver, Chicago and Miami as well as our head technology and analytics site in Toronto.
Our office in Los Angeles is a traditional stand-alone airline services site and acts as our global operational hub for pricing, customer support as well as reservations and ticketing. Our North American head office focusing on commercial activities and strategic innovation. It is located in New York in an open and creative office environment focused on innovative technology and business start-ups.
